A one-on-one session is especially beneficial, if breathing in groups does not feel comfortabe to you. We will have time to look at your breath pattern and how it affects your well-being.
It is also an ideal opportunity to work though a specific issue as my undivided attention will be with you.
An individual session takes 2–4 hours and includes a more detailed breath analysis as well as Coaching on your personal circumstances.
You will also get some very powerful breathing exercises that you can use to practise at home.
