The breathing technique is the same as in Breathwork Group Sessions. But a one-on-one session is especially beneficial, if breathing in groups does not feel comfortabe to you. We will have time to look at your breath pattern and how it affects your well-being.
It is also an ideal opportunity to work though a specific issue you might want to look at with Coaching and by using the breath as your guide. My undivided attention will support your progress.
An individual session takes 2 – 3 hours and includes Coaching on your personal circumstances as well as a more detailed breath analysis. You might also get some simple breathing exercises that you can take away to practise at home.
