The effects of conscious breathing are truly amazing. Whatever your challenge, your breath can support you – whether it’s a physical, psychological or a “soul-matter”. But to find out what is suitable for you is not that easy.
Through my Breathwork Practitioner Training as well as my own healing journey, I have validated numerous breathing modalities. So before you invest many hours of online research, let me put my knowledge at work for you. Simply let me know what issues you would like to address and I can put together exercises for you – depending on your knowledge and experience we can also talk over the phone or skype to establish the basics.
